Returns
In the unfortunate event that you are not completely satisfied with your item please return it to me in its original packaging and unused within 14 days for a full refund. During the holiday season this is extended to 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return I ask that you email me prior to returning your item. Please obtain a certificate of posting as I can not be held liable for items lost in the post. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (Excluding the holiday season)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval for your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow a few working days for your refund to clear in your account, If your refund has still not been received please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lottieoflondon.co.uk and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Faulty Items
If you item is faulty please contact me via email within 14 days and to advise us of the fault on your purchase, please include an image of the fault as this will help speed up the return process. In most cases a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable unless your purchase is faulty.
If you are shipping an item over £75, we advise using a trackable postage service that included insurance.
